A four-party strategic cooperation signing ceremony between ROKAE Robotics, Shenyang Huawei Laser Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shenyang ASIMOV Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. and Lingkong Industrial Equipment (Liaoning) Co., Ltd. (LEACON) was successfully held at the Shenyang Huawei Laser facility. Witnessed by relevant government leaders and industry guests, the launch of ROKAE Robotics’ New Ecosystem Northeast Smart-Manufacturing Alliance officially took place, marking a new phase of collaborative development for the smart-manufacturing industry in Northeast China.
Northeast China, a major traditional industrial base of the nation, is currently in a critical period of intelligent transformation and upgrading of its manufacturing sector. To address long-standing industry pain points under the traditional business model — fragmented roles between robot manufacturers, channel partners and system integrators, poor solution adaptability, and difficulties in closing project-delivery loops — the partnership has innovatively built a new industrial ecosystem of “Headquarters Empowerment + Platform Distribution + Multi-Scenario Specialist Integration,” designed to open up the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and form a new development pattern featuring resource sharing and complementary advantages.
Under the agreement, the four partners will play to their respective strengths and collaborate in a coordinated effort: ROKAE Robotics serves as the ecosystem headquarters, providing core products, cutting-edge technology and ecosystem support policies; Huawei Laser acts as the core ecosystem platform, taking on regional distribution functions and delivering integrated laser-and-robotics solutions; Lingkong Industrial Equipment specializes in general-purpose automation scenarios such as machine loading/unloading and adhesive application; and ASIMOV Intelligent Equipment focuses on precision process integration for grinding, polishing and deburring, committed to providing customers with complete, stable and mass-production-ready for production-line.
Among these processes, grinding, polishing and deburring are widely recognized as a tough nut to crack in manufacturing, demanding extremely high force-control accuracy and extensive on-site process know-how — factors that directly determine component quality. ASIMOV has cultivated deep expertise across aerospace, automotive components, medical devices and oil and power sectors, leveraging its accumulated process knowledge to provide customers with full-process assurance from equipment through to mass production.
Anchored in this strategic partnership, the four parties will upgrade from single-project cooperation to an industrial community, delivering tangible value to customers such as OEM-endorsed selection, multi-scenario closed-loop delivery and access to industrial-policy dividends.
