Founded in 2015, the company has taken as its mission the resolution of the precision and efficiency challenges of the”final process”in advanced manufacturing. As a high-tech enterprise, we specialize in the research, development, and manufacturing of intelligent grinding and polishing equipment, and have successfully developed Tiangong, Kaiwu, Banjiang, and Xuanheng series of grinding and polishing equipment. By providing automation system integration solutions that replace manual labor with equipment, we help customers from aerospace, automotive components, medical devices, and oil-gas pipe fittings industries achieve manufacturing upgrade. In terms of core technology, we have built a”4A”closed-loop ecosystem. To address long-standing pain points in grinding complex freeform surfaces — such as aero-engine blades — including inconsistent grinding polishing quality, heavy reliance on manual work, and significant environmental pressures, ASIMOV has pioneered the”4A”intelligent closed-loop grinding and polishing system. In this system, the machine vision system serves as the eyes; self-developed software algorithms act as the brain, automatically planning the processing paths; and adaptive force control technology works as the wrists, ultimately delivering efficient, green grinding and polishing operations. This closed-loop technology fully connects the intelligent manufacturing chain from”seeing”to”doing,”effectively solving customers’ pain points including multi-station coordination bottlenecks, insufficient product quality consistency, high labor costs, and occupational health risks.
